Thank you for shopping at DrinkEureka. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

• Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from DrinkEureka. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 21. By placing an order, you verify that you are of legal age. An adult signature with valid photo ID verification is required by the carrier upon delivery.

• Texas Age Verification: In strict accordance with Texas state regulations, all customers purchasing from or shipping to Texas must successfully complete our mandatory age-verification process prior to completing their purchase.

• Compliance with Hemp Laws: DrinkEureka complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding federally legal, hemp-derived cannabis products. We only transact and fulfill orders in states and jurisdictions where our products are legally permitted. We do not sell or ship to any area where these products are prohibited by law.

2. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Jurisdictions

• Domestic Shipping Only: DrinkEureka fulfills orders exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

• Exclusion of Alaska & Hawaii: We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Our shipping services are strictly limited to the contiguous United States.

• Fluid Jurisdictional Restrictions: Because hemp-derived cannabis regulations are constantly evolving, we maintain a fluid list of states, regions, and zip codes that we cannot ship to.

• Order Cancellations: If an order is placed with a shipping destination that restricts or prohibits our products, or if local laws change during processing, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Rates, Estimates, & Carrier Restrictions

We ship exclusively via UPS Ground.

• Customer Responsibility: All shipping charges are fully paid by the customer.

• Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

• P.O. Boxes: UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or business address must be provided at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Windows

• UPS Ground: Once processed and picked up by the carrier, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States.

• Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DrinkEureka is not responsible for transit delays caused by UPS, severe weather, or high-volume holiday seasons.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

DrinkEureka is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if it has been marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require proof.
